Our Story
Mabco - Dee Investments Limited was established in Command, Ipaja, Lagos State in April 2010 as a block production industry. Our territory was within Command, Ipaja area with just two employees, five casual workers, one small truck, one molding machine on a plot of land and a burning desire to build for the future.
In 2011, the company’s zeal in tackling the incessant collapse in building, a norm of which our produced block was a key player as a panacea, as it uses a proportionate quantity of granite dust in her block production. This earns us a challenge of increased demand: thus the product penetration into the heart of Lagos Metropolis and the need to expand. To resolve this, the company acquired two additional molding machines and one truck to her operational asset. Moreover, the company’s breakthrough in bricks motivated her to do more thus adding cement supply and Paving production to her operation.
In 2012, the company realizes the need to be more organized thus separating her administrative office from her production outlet which leads to the acquisition of her head-office along LASU – Isheri road thereby creating room for more space for her operation.
2014 was the year the company’s vision becomes clearer to her clients who now appreciated the organization operational product quality consistence and affordability in-terms of products referral, a challenge for us to do more. Combating this, the company set up her Command’s annex production outlet.
In 2015, the need for our products to get to nooks and cranny of Lagos metropolis and to also ensure prompt delivery of our products, the company purchased additional trucks with delivery capacity of four hundred (400) units of 9” block and five hundred (500) units of 6” block. FL 12 and FL 18 turbo charger Volvo trucks were also acquired for sand and granites supply.
In a move to make Lagos saturated with our products while also extending our operation to the neighboring state, the company established her Arepo branch in 2016 so as to serve Lagos -Ibadan axis of Ogun and Lagos state. Through strong commitment to both customers and vendors, we developed relationships to ultimately become one of the largest and most successful distributors in the building and construction materials industry.

Early 2017, with the company’s experience and better understanding of prompt delivery and customers’ satisfaction, the company diversified with inclusion of Cargo clearing and freight forwarding services into her operations.
The company looks to a future of long-term growth with continued product and market diversification.
